Excellent wood burning stove cleaning and maintenance
Terry is excellent and has been servicing our stove for the last 8 years. Really easy to deal with and very clean and tidy. Great service,
Terry installed our chimney liner a few years ago and we are extremely pleased with it. He has done a great job and was clean and tidy and explained everything we need to know. Since then he has provided an annual clean, checks the stove and carbon monoxide detector each time, I am confident that the stove is safe and in good order for another year after his visit. He is friendly and thorough and does a great job. Tracy always contacts us to arrange the sweep and makes sure that it is at a time convenient to us… it couldn’t be easier. At HSI, we pride ourselves in offering a prompt, efficient & friendly family run service, no chimney is no problem with our twin wall internal and external systems. When you call you will only ever speak with either Terry (who carries out all surveys and installations) or Tracy (who handles all phone calls, showroom, ordering and diary etc). We are a HETAS approved fully insured company and are always conscious of our customer's needs. We are also pleased to offer estimates; we fully guarantee all of our work. We have recently moved our work premises (literally approximately 30 feet) and have a small showroom area in our new unit - we are open by appointment only. We can proudly say that we are a dealer for Ekol and Saltfire and for the more modern stove Termatech, along with Mi Flue Stoves and Woolly Mammoth Stoves. We have now also got a Facebook page.
